Assessments are collected by Westwind Management Group for the Piney Creek Maintenance & Recreational Associations, and the Piney Creek Village HOA.
Residents of the Overlook are also members of the Overlook sub-association and pay separate assessments for the Overlook to another management company.

Payment Methods
Several payment options are offered.
- Payment by check. A separate check is required for each association you belong to. Please make sure to include your 5/6 digit account number for the appropriate association on your payment.

- Payment through online bill pay via your personal bank. A separate payment is required for each association. Please include your Homeowner account number in the memo line.
- Pay by ACH (automatic debit). Advantages include no late fees, no need to update assessment amounts or addresses, and no paper. Call the Westwind office at 303-369-1800 to get set up.
- Pay online.
Once logged in, click on Make a Payment which will open the Payments Home page. The click on Make a Payment or AutoPay Series.
If opting for AutoPay use the following information to set up payments –
