The Piney Creek Maintenance Association does not act on anonymous complaints. When the matter is something that cannot be viewed during the course of the Onsite Community Manager’s inspections the Association will not be able to address that matter if the complaint is submitted anonymously. By providing your contact information the Association will be able to address the issue providing it is in violation of the Association’s Governing documents and the Community Manager can follow up with you to confirm resolution. For example, items that may not be able to be addressed during the course of a regular inspections: 1) items in the backyard, 2) noise complaints. You may also consider utilizing other resources that can also address matters such as the City and/or Sheriff. Also, please be aware that the Association does not conduct inspections on weekends or after business hours so if an issue is occurring during those time periods you will need to notify the Manager.
