Approved Minutes from the combined Board of Directors meeting of the Piney Creek Maintenance and Recreational Associations. Meetings are not held in December. The Annual Meeting is held in October at 7pm following the regular BOD meeting.

Why is there a one month delay in posting minutes? Draft minutes from the preceding meeting are reviewed at the monthly board meeting. At that meeting the minutes are reviewed and approved, sometimes with minor corrections. The management company then makes any requested corrections before making them available to post. Since there is no meeting in December, the November minutes are not approved until the January meeting.
