Ad-hoc Soffit / Gutter Committee
The objective of the Ad-Hoc Gutter/Soffit Committee is to enhance the structural integrity and aesthetic value of homes in Piney Creek by promoting improved clarity of standards for gutters and soffits. To achieve this objective, the committee will:
- Recommend updates to the Paint portion of the Piney Creek Community Architectural Guidelines to include clear and consistent language regarding gutters and soffits.
- Review Piney Creek Architectural Improvement Painting Forms to ensure consistency of language with the updated guidelines.
- Consider additional resources for our residents regarding gutters and soffits.

Ad-hoc Xeriscape Waterwise / Landscape Committee
The Ad-Hoc Waterwise/Landscape Committee objective is to encourage Piney Creek homeowners to incorporate water-wise plants into their landscapes. To achieve this objective by:
- Recommending changes to the Piney Creek Guidelines to encourage water-wise landscaping.
- By identifying existing obstacles to the use of water-wise landscaping and recommending changes to alleviate these obstacles.
- By providing homeowners with a listing of water-wise resources to assist them in planning their own water-wise landscaping projects.
