As a Piney Creek Recreation member, your access to the Pool, Tennis, Pickleball, and Basketball Courts, and Clubhouse can now be controlled by your mobile phone.

 

1. Send email to the community manager with a name and email address for each person requesting access. 
2. The community manager will setup each address in the Piney Creek access control system.
3. An email will be sent to each address with links to setup access.
4. Click the appropriate link for either the Google Play store or Apple iTunes and download the Avigilon Alta Open app (formerly Openpath).
5. Click the SETUP PHONE link from your phone - it is only good on your phone - and must be done within 1 Week of when the email was first sent. IF YOU FORWARD TO SOMEONE ELSE, AND THEY CLICK ON IT, THE LINK WILL BE DISABLED.

If you are NOT INTERESTED in using the app on your phone, DON’T WORRY!  Your proxy card will still work! 

 

Keep in mind that, once you opt in for the Phone Application, your key cards will no longer be valid.
