Monday, May 6th, 2019, 5:30pm to 8pm at Piney Creek Rec Area - West Park
Trucks will be serving from 5:30 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. Trucks are parked in the west Recreational area parking lot.
This is a great time to interact with your neighbors and sample a variety of different foods.
Inclement weather: The HOA representative and Hand to Mouth will discuss inclement weather and will attempt to cancel the event by 2:00 pm, the day of the event. Events will not be canceled due to forecasts. If it is raining upon arrival or begins to rain after the food trucks have arrived, they will wait 30-45 minutes and see if it passes. If the rain doesn't pass then the trucks can choose to leave.

Monthly Board Metting (Maint & Rec)
Tuesday, May 21st, 2019, 6pm at Piney Creek Clubhouse
Board of Director meetings are held the third Tuesday of each month starting at 6 PM in the Piney Creek clubhouse (5800 S. Joplin Way). The Board will be in Executive Session from 6 to 6:30 PM. The portion of the meeting open to all guests will begin at 6:30 PM, or as soon as possible after 6:30 PM.
The October meeting will start at 5 PM in advance of the annual meeting starting at 7 PM. The Board will be in Executive Session from 5 to 5:30 PM.
No meeting is held in December.
Meetings are open to all members; however, those persons wishing to appear on the agenda should contact the management company (303.369.1800) at least one week prior to the meeting date
