Board of Director meetings are held the third Tuesday of each month starting at 6 PM in the Piney Creek clubhouse (5800 S. Joplin Way). The Board will be in Executive Session from 6 to 6:30 PM. The portion of the meeting open to all guests will begin at 6:30 PM, or as soon as possible after 6:30 PM.
The October meeting will start at 5 PM in advance of the annual meeting starting at 7 PM. The Board will be in Executive Session from 5 to 5:30 PM.
No meeting is held in December.
Meetings are open to all members; however, those persons wishing to appear on the agenda should contact the management company (303.369.1800) at least one week prior to the meeting date

Stop by the clubhouse on October 31st from 4-6 pm to pick up the first ever edition of "Spooky Homes of Piney Creek" to see where you should be trick-or-treating this Halloween!
Make us your first stop and decorate your own trick-or-treat bag, make a jar of Halloween slime, and enjoy a quick dinner before an evening of trick-or-treating fun!
Suggested Donation for Activities: $2 per child
