Board of Director meetings are held the third Tuesday of each month starting at 6 PM in the Piney Creek clubhouse (5800 S. Joplin Way).  The Board will be in Executive Session from 6 to 6:30 PM. The portion of the meeting open to all guests will begin at 6:30 PM, or as soon as possible after 6:30 PM.

The October meeting will start at 5 PM in advance of the annual meeting starting at 7 PM. The Board will be in Executive Session from 5 to 5:30 PM.

No meeting is held in December.

Meetings are open to all members; however, those persons wishing to appear on the agenda should contact the management company (303.369.1800) at least one week prior to the meeting date
