Piney Creek Email Alert System
Occurrences or circumstances involving weather, crime, animals, meetings or other factors may be of interest, sometimes vital interest to residents of Piney Creek. When we become aware of such occurrences or circumstances, we often make the information available in the form of a "NewsFlash" or "News Bulletin" posted on the Piney Creek web site (http://www.pineycreek.org). While we encourage all Piney Creek residents to visit the web site frequently, we know that because of busy schedules or other reasons many such news bulletins will not be promptly read by many residents.
In order to augment the timely delivery of such potentially important information, the Piney Creek management has put in place a database-driven system which can broadcast email alerts to residents who choose to participate.
When a situation or occurrence warrants an email alert, we will send an email message to every email address registered in the Alert Database.
If you would like to participate in the system, you must first become a registered user on this site.
How to Join, Not Registered
Click "Register" in the upper left on the Home Page. Complete your Member Profile. At the bottom of your profile accept the terms and conditions and set the option "Receive Email Alerts" to "Yes".
How to Join, Already Registered
If you are already registered just click "Your Profile" on the home page to modify your profile. At the bottom of your profile accept the terms and conditions and set the option "Receive Email Alerts" to "Yes".
Terms and Conditions
Anyone who chooses to participate in Piney Creek Email Alert Systems may do so simply by providing a current, valid email address via the Piney Creek web site. Any such participant will be responsible for providing a working email address, and keeping that email address current. If the email address changes, or for any reason becomes invalid, it is the responsibility of the participant to update the email address via the Piney Creek web site.
The Piney Creek management will send Email Alert messages when, in its judgment, they are warranted. However, the Piney Creek management will not be obligated to send any information via email at any time or under any circumstances. In no circumstance shall Piney Creek be responsible for any losses or damages due to the participant's failure to be aware of information which may or may not be disseminated by Piney Creek via email, or for any failure or malfunction of the email system.
