Piney Creek would like to welcome Michael LaPoint as our new onsite community manager.  Michael has spent the last 11 years offering exceptional service to his homeowner association clients and brings a wealth of association management knowledge.  Michael currently holds his CMCA®(Certified Manager of Community Associations), his AMS® (Association Management Specialist), and his CAM (Licensed Colorado Association Manager).  Throughout the past 11 years, Michael has worked with a variety of Associations and in a variety of different roles. For the past three years, Michael was the onsite General Manager of a luxury high-rise building in downtown Denver.  Michael’s experience extends to a number of single family home communities as well, including management of the covenant enforcement and architectural control process for a large, single family home community that was under construction.  Michael has strong communication skills, and has a friendly, positive, and professional personality we are excited to welcome to the community.
