Dear Homeowners,

 

All of you recently received communication from Westwind Management related to the submission of payments.  As of July 1st, homeowners are required to remit separate payments for each Association they belong to, for example, a check for Piney Creek Maintenance and a separate check for Piney Creek Recreational.  For those homeowners that are currently on automatic payment, you will see transactions for each of the Associations you belong to. 

 

As July 1st, was the first month that the Association began accepting the separate payments, there have been delays related to the Recreational and Village ACH payments.  There will be no late fees assessed for July.  We ask that you be patient during this transition period and if you have any questions please don’t hesitate to contact Westwind Management at 303-369-1800.  It is also important to note that should you remit your payments on one check they will be returned to you.
