Swimming Pool to Open June 12th
Hello Piney Creek residents,

The board has received notice from the governor's office with guidance on pool access during safer at home/safer for your neighbor restrictions that have been put in place during the ongoing pandemic. The PC BOD takes seriously the restrictions put in place to limit exposure while providing access to our pool. The guidelines will probably change, and we will adjust as restrictions are changed at the state level. We know for some residents the restrictions are not ideal, but the board believes in the data and decisions provided by experts concerning the pandemic and protections against its spread.

Here is a quick outline of the pool opening, residents should note that there will be additional details sent out on the pool opening, later this weekend:

The pool will be set to open on Friday, June 12th at 11:00am. Due to restrictions that limit the total number of people allowed at a time, the board has decided to implement a reservation system in an attempt to provide access to all residents who choose to use the pool. In addition to having to make a reservation, the HOA is going to require that a waiver for each household that lists all minors be signed by all adults who choose to use the pool. Again, there will be more details on how to get and send your waivers in, how to access the reservation system, and additional details on the overall restrictions and protections that will be in place.  The board recognizes that the state mandates will change, and that the guidelines for accessing the pool will need to be changed as that happens.

We appreciate your understanding, and there will be more to come over the next few days.

Thank you
Piney Creek HOA Board of directors,
Bill Campbell, Greg Cann, Stacie Duffy, Carol Hawk and Julie Whipple
