In accordance with the Bylaws of the Piney Creek Maintenance Association, Inc., Article VI Meetings of the Directors, Section 2.  Special Meetings.  Special Meetings of the Board of Directors shall be held when called by the president of the Association, or by any two directors, after not less than three (3) days’ notice to each Director.
