The Association is seeing an increase in the amount of pet waste not being picked up within the community.  As a responsible pet owner it is important that you immediately clean up after your pet.  Currently, pet waste is being left not only on the grass areas in the community but also on the sidewalks which hampers the enjoyment of the common area for everyone.

When leaving your home with your four legged friend please be sure to take a bag or two with you, sometimes one just isn’t enough.  Leaving pet waste in the common areas in not an acceptable practice and trash receptacles are available throughout the community for easy disposal.  Your cooperation in this matter is greatly appreciated.
