The landscaping project along the West boundary of the Glen is complete.

Maintenance of this area has been a problem for the HOA. With the restrictions imposed by ECCV the HOA is not allowed enough run time on the irrigation controllers to adequately water all of the irrigations zones in the West park area. Consequently, the parcel along the West Glen fence was allowed to suffer in order to maintain the appearance of more visible areas. Also, at times there is insufficient parking for the Piney Creek Shoppes and the overflow negatively impacted residents in the Glen.

In 2012 the owner of Signature Properties approached the HOA and City of Centennial with a plan to alleviate the parking situation by adding parking spaces along the extension of Ida Drive. Signature Properties landscaped the HOA tract at their expense to eliminate turf and add many trees and plant material that can be maintained from new drip irrigation zones.
