You are invited to attend a meeting to discuss the development of the Shalom
Park Community located south of East Belleview Avenue, between East
Belleview Drive and South Fairplay Street. The Shalom Park Community is
proposing the development of 90 townhome units over 7.42 acres (12 dwelling
units per acre).

Other proposed amenities of the community include internal parking and a
10,000sf urban park. The purpose of the meeting will be to discuss any
comments adjacent property owners and neighborhood organizations may have
about this project. The applicant and members of the design team will attend this
meeting to present information, answer questions and to listen to your concerns.
