Update on Pool Opening and Other Closures
Per the Covid-19 “Stay Safer at Home” order in place, all swimming pools, parks, playgrounds and meeting rooms, including those within HOA communities, are required to remain closed until further notice.

2020 POOL SEASON:
The Piney Creek pool will not open on Memorial Day weekend, as in past years, but the Board of Directors is actively working with trusted vendors to have a plan in place for when the “Stay Safer at Home” restrictions for pool closures are lifted.  This proactive measure is being done in hopes that the pool will be allowed to open this summer and will be able to do so quickly and smoothly.

Governor Polis is scheduled to make an announcement about the current order on Monday, May 25, 2020, where the Board hopes to hear a more detailed plan on when pools will be allowed to open.

Although we don’t know what will be required at that time, the Board anticipates the need to implement safety measures, such as social distancing, additional cleaning procedures, increased staffing and possible limiting the number of patrons at the pool.

Piney Creek Clubhouse Reservations:
The Community clubhouse will remain closed for gatherings, including PCCL events, until further notice, due to the Covid-19 Pandemic.  Once it is determined safe to do-so, the Piney Creek Board of Directors will re-evaluate the closure and provide updated information on the www.pineycreek.org website for opening of the facilities.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, as this is being done out of concern for the safety of community members and staff.

Clubhouse Office Hours:
The Piney Creek Clubhouse On-Site Office is closed until further notice for the safety of Piney Creek community members and staff.

Business will continue as usual, so if you have an architectural application or other communication you’d like to submit, please do so by placing it in the drop box located to the right of the main clubhouse doors OR email the document(s) to mgr@pineycreek.org.  The drop box is checked regularly and should not delay the processing of applications.

Please note the clubhouse does not accept assessment payments and placing payments in the drop box could delay your payment posting.

Playground Closure:
Per the “Safer at Home” order that is currently in place, the community playgrounds are closed, and will remain so until the mandate is lifted.

Once the order is lifted or modified, playgrounds will reopen and owners will be notified with information posted on the www.pineycreek.org website and an email blast will be sent, as it was when the tennis courts were opened.

We appreciate your patience during this time of uncertainty and ever-changing circumstances!

Sincerely,

Piney Creek Board of Directors
