Signage
Signage is allowed as follows only:
- Real estate "for sale" or "for rent" signs which are not larger than five square feet and where NO more than one sign is placed on any given front lawn. Signs are not allowed in windows or on fences.
- Political Signs which meet the code requirements for the City of Centennial and comply with State Statute. Political signs may not be put up more than 45 days prior to an election and must be removed with in (7) days after the election. Political signs on front lawn only, no signs on fences or in windows.
- Contractors may place a single sign on your front lawn within the duration of your project as a courtesy to your neighbors. Once your project is complete, the sign must be removed.
There are no blanket approvals for any exterior addition or alteration to an existing residence at Piney Creek. You must submit an Architectural Improvement Request Form for each addition or change you wish to make. Submissions are judged on their individual merit for your particular house and the surrounding neighborhood.
