ACC Update - New Painting Application
The Architectural Control Committee has created a new application this year, specifically for painting. This is the third such application for the community, as there is also an application specifically for roofing, as well as a general application for all other submittals. Please be sure you are submitting the correct application for your desired home improvement.
ACC Update – Garage Doors
Recently, the ACC made some decisions regarding allowable colors of garage doors, of which everyone should be aware. The ACC believes that these decisions/clarifications detailed below will benefit the community as a whole by maintaining the intended appearance and harmony of the community, and the intended color schemes for the style of homes in the community, and continuing to protect property values within the community.
Waste Management Toters Available at no Cost
As part of recent contract negotiations with Waste Management, the Piney Creek Maintenance Association is now able to provide toters to homeowners at no charge.  Homeowners have the option to use their own trash receptacles, or request a trash toter, recycling toter or both.
Thinking About a New Roof?
The Architectural Control Committee (ACC) would like to remind residents that ALL NEW ROOFS MUST BE APPROVED PRIOR TO INSTALLATION and must use material approved by the ACC. Installation of material not approved by the ACC will result in a demand to reroof with approved material and may result in legal action.

Architectural Control
Reminder – ACC Approval Required
All exterior alterations and improvements to your home and landscape require approval from the Architectural Control Committee. Please get approval before painting your home, staining your fence, or replacing your roof.
ACC Reminder – Painting Your Home
When you paint your home, including using the same colors, you must submit an ACC application, including all paint colors covering; base, trim, roof-line, accent (front door, shutters) and garage doors.
Garage doors shall be painted the base color of the home.  In rare instances the ACC will look at trim color for the garage door, but it must look appropriate to the home.
Need Help Choosing Paint Colors?
The ACC worked with a local paint supplier to put together suggested paint colors that we feel are a good match for Piney Creek.  These books can be checked out at the club house with the community manager.  We’ve had a lot of wonderful comments from residents who did not know where to start to pick colors and have ended up with some gorgeous homes!
Please take advantage of this community benefit.  Don’t be afraid to request an ACC committee member come to your home to help if you need another opinion or guidance.
Approvable Roofing Material
The Architectural Control Committee has adopted, and the Board of Directors has ratified a change to the Architectural Guidelines to include a list of approvable roofing material for each filing. Click here for more information.
