| Clubhouse Kitchen Renovation Completed |
The updating and renovation of the clubhouse kitchen has been completed prior to the holidays. New stainless steel appliances have been installed, the composite countertop was upgraded to granite, and the flooring was upgraded to tile. A fresh coat of paint and some minor repairs completed the task. A big thank you to Jeff Cottle for his choice of appliances, materials, and pleasing colors.

| 2012 Perimeter Fence Replacement |

The 2012 perimeter fence replacement project was approved at the November Board of Directors meeting. Approximately 4,700 lineal feet of fence will be replaced. Weather permitting, construction will begin in January. |
