Attention Tennis Players

| Activity Around the Clubhouse and Tennis Courts |
April 30. You may have noticed many workers in the clubhouse area in April. Several projects are underway or have been completed.
The pergola which previously covered the north half of the pool deck has been expanded to cover the entire length of the deck. The TREX decking failed prematurely and is being replaced under a warranty claim. Removal of the old TREX revealed that the supporting structure of the deck is in poor condition and must be replaced. Replacement with new pressure treated lumber has started this week. Lastly, the new deck will include a handicap access ramp that complies with standards under the Americans with Disabilities Act.
The key card access system has been expanded to the tennis courts. Tennis players now must use their key cards to access the courts. The upgrades also allow the lights to be turned off when exiting the courts at night.
Along with the changes to the access control system, security cameras have been installed around the clubhouse. Perpetrators of late night mischief in the pool area may find their picture disseminated for identification.
